Target has changed their COUPON POLICY! It's very important that you become familiar w/the new changes because you don't want to look like a lou-lou up at the register. Print it up & put it in your binder, purse, etc.
The biggest change is regarding BOGO coupons. You can NO longer use a second cents-off coupon of the same type towards the item that you are purchase. (I am not very happy about this.) If you are going to use a TARGET BOGO COUPON, you can use ONE ADDITIONAL MANUFACTURER COUPON for the first item. If you are going to use a MANUFACTURER BOGO COUPON, you can use a TARGET COUPON for the first item.
